Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional in Malaysia to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen effectively, and coordinate interviews through to offers and onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing abilities, and excellent communication and organization skills.

Job description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requirement briefing and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess candidates based on relevant qualifications, professional certifications, technical competencies, industry experience, and role suitability
• Utilise job portals, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current vacancies and future recruitment needs
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and agreed hiring timelines
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Support salary discussions, offer preparation, offer acceptance, and candidate follow-up to minimise offer dropouts
• Provide regular recruitment updates, maintain accurate candidate records, and monitor hiring progress against agreed targets
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with established recruitment processes throughout the hiring lifecycle

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT or a related discipline
• At least 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a professional services firm, recruitment agency, or multinational organisation
• Ability to understand job requirements and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, technical competencies, and suitability
• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and supporting high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred
