Job summary

SEEK, a leading global technology company, is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Innovation Specialist to own end-to-end hiring outcomes on complex roles. You will ensure SLAs, maintain process discipline, and drive AI-enabled workflow improvements while mentoring specialists across intake calls, sourcing, and automation.

You will experiment with recruiter processes, document learnings, and share insights with product and growth teams to refine scalable solutions and drive consistent high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in the employment or recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated high-ownership experience — balancing delivery excellence with process improvement.
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs and compliance standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems, with AI-enabled tooling.
• Strong data discipline and ability to design, run and interpret structured experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for allocated roles — from brief through to placement, meeting defined SLAs at every stage.
• Proactively reach out to hirers and candidates within agreed timeframes, providing timely updates and resolving issues early.
• Follow all process steps with precision — accurate recordkeeping and data hygiene.
• Run structured experiments on recruiter processes and share actionable insights with product and growth teams.
• Lead or co-lead innovation initiatives with product, growth and operations to scale solutions.
• Coach Recruitment Innovation Specialists and support onboarding and skill development.
