Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Talent Acquisition contractor to support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.

You will source and screen candidates through portals and LinkedIn, coordinate interviews, and assist salary discussions while maintaining candidate records in the ATS, ensuring a positive candidate experience with clear stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive and eager to learn.
• Interest in AI, technology, and data-driven recruitment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English; regional language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS is a plus.

• Foster positive candidate experience through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Support recruitment process improvement and other talent acquisition projects as assigned.
