You will turn customer, operational and commercial questions into clear business decisions through data management, analysis and reporting, building dashboards and maintaining data quality to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in growth, analytics, data, or revenue operations, with a desire to build those technical foundations into something more strategic.
• A strong technical foundation is essential, including practical experience with SQL, and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Demonstrated experience using data, dashboards or reporting to identify opportunities, solve problems and support decisions
• Experience working with multiple systems workflows or operational tools (CRM or ATS), with the curiosity and capability to learn new AI-enabled and automated technology.
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, product or technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for leaders and teams for BAU operations and experiments.
• Strengthen workflows and measurement, including CRM/ATS processes and automated dashboards.
• Support development of demand strategies and enable operational execution.
