SEEK is seeking a Growth Analyst to join the Growth team across Australia and Malaysia. You will turn customer, operational and commercial questions into clear business decisions through data management, analysis and reporting, building dashboards and maintaining data quality to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in growth, analytics, data, or revenue operations, with a desire to build those technical foundations into something more strategic.
• A strong technical foundation is essential, including practical experience with SQL, and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Demonstrated experience using data, dashboards or reporting to identify opportunities, solve problems and support decisions
• Experience working with multiple systems workflows or operational tools (CRM or ATS), with the curiosity and capability to learn new AI-enabled and automated technology.
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, product or technology stakeholders.
