Job summary

EDRA Power Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruitment & AI Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead AI adoption across HR processes.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines for critical roles, and implement AI-driven sourcing, screening, analytics and reporting to improve efficiency, candidate experience and decision making. Relevant AI project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT, Data Analytics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and technical positions.
• Utilise recruitment platforms, LinkedIn and digital sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, manpower requirements and hiring turnaround time.
• Identify and implement AI tools to improve recruitment and HR processes.
• Utilise AI applications for sourcing, CV screening, job description development, interview prep, analytics and HR reporting.
• Evaluate new AI software and recommend suitable solutions to improve HR productivity.
• Support AI-related HR projects and initiatives.
• Conduct testing, user adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Participate in or lead selected AI projects within HR.
