Job summary

PERSOL in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to connect talent with Singapore-based clients. Fresh grads are welcome as training and guidance will be provided, with a KPI-driven environment.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate relationships, while collaborating with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• HR internship experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Motivated by KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across different roles.
• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build meaningful candidate relationships and deliver a positive recruitment experience.
