MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Kuala Lumpur.

The role offers a basic salary range with uncapped monthly commissions, plus structured training and mentorship. It provides fast-track career progression to Team Lead or Manager and includes annual company trips, including a Japan trip for 2027. No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates with sales, recruitment, telesales, or customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply and perform well

Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process, from finding candidates to placement.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability.
• Arrange interviews and follow up with both candidates and clients.
• Build good relationships with clients and candidates.
• Follow up on job offers and support candidates through the placement process.
• Meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Support mass recruitment and other recruitment activities when required.

Recruitment Consultant (Basic + Uncapped Comms/ Company Trip/ No Exp Welcomed)

Basic Salary RM2,800 to RM4,500 + Uncapped Monthly Commissions

Structured training and mentorship

Fast-track career progression to Team Lead / Manager

Exposure across multiple industries from Singapore (F&B, Retail, Logistics, Engineering, Healthcare, etc.)
