Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia is seeking a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to source, interview, and select qualified candidates for diverse clients. You will help clients staff their teams by publishing job ads, screening resumes, and building a strong candidate database.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field, has at least 2 years in recruitment, excels in English, and is motivated, sales-driven, and self-starting; familiarity with ATS and resume databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-driven.
• Respond proactively and positively to targets.
• Familiarity with ATS and resume database technology.
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs.
• Publish job advertisements on social media, career pages and online job boards.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Generating strong candidate database for clients.
• Utilize a range of suitable candidate attraction strategies including: database searching;referrals; advertising, amongst others.
• Preparing candidates for interviews before forwarding them to clients.
• Updating clients on the hiring status of candidates (e.g. screened applications).
• Managing clients portfolio and maintaining good relations with them.
• Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations,resumes, and assignments).
