Job summary

Reeracoen Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to interview and evaluate talent across levels. The role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews with clients, and maintaining candidate progress in the HR system.

The position requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to meet monthly targets. You will engage in events and build relationships with candidates and clients while handling documentation with attention

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and evaluating potential talents across different job levels.
• Sourcing candidates via job sites or social media to fill open positions.
• Conducting interviews face-to-face, via Skype, or by phone/video calls.
• Input candidate data into HR system for progress tracking.
• Introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience.
• Arrange interview sessions between client and candidate.
• Conduct reference and background checks when required by client.
• Attend recruitment events and job fairs.
• Build relationships and keep candidates informed about their application status.
• Collect documentation from candidates (PDPA forms, certificates, etc.).
• Achieve monthly individual target & KPI.
