You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and build a strong candidate network across industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or sourcing, agency setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategies.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.

Qualifications
