VS Consultancy in Bukit Indah, Johor is seeking a driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and place candidates for client organisations. This full-time role focuses on building pipelines, screening applicants, and coordinating interview processes to ensure successful placements.

Ideal candidates have proven recruitment experience, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills, plus familiarity with ATS and MS Office. English fluency is essential; Malay or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house HR department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deliver results-driven outcomes.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to achieve ambitious goals.
• Knowledge of employment law, labour regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate database and pipeline for current and future client opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview and selection process.
• Negotiate terms and conditions between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Provide ongoing support to both candidates and clients throughout the placement process.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
