Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure quality in cost & controlling processes and team output.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
• Train and develop analysts, ensuring deadlines are met and SLA expectations are achieved.
• Coordinate CSC communications, handle ad-hoc requests, and drive continuous improvement.
