Job summary

RBC in Putrajaya, Malaysia, seeks a senior finance reporting professional to lead head office reporting, regulatory submissions, and finance projects across regional teams. You will ensure accuracy of financial data flows and support the CFO in governance and controls.

The role requires a strong background in regulatory reporting, finance processes, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on continuous improvement and timely delivery of reports and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher; CFA/CA/CPA or similar accreditation is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with wealth management knowledge.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit head office reports and management information; support ad hoc requests.
• Ensure regulatory returns to MAS are prepared and reviewed; assist audits.
• Lead project initiatives in Finance with SME guidance and process improvements.
