Job summary

Atria Shopping Gallery is seeking a friendly concierge to greet visitors at the information counter in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate information provision, and professional presentability within a shopping mall setting.

Responsibilities include assisting tenants, supporting marcom/centre management during promotions and events, and performing other duties as needed to maintain a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer service.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers at the information counter and keep the concierge area well presented.
• Gather and provide information to customers such as travel routes and transportation availability.
• Assist tenants as required by centre management.
• Provide administrative and marcom/centre management support during advertising, promotions and stage events.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by Management.

Atria Shopping Gallery is a neighbourhood shopping mall located in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, and is part of the OSK Property portfolio under OSK Holdings Berhad. The mall serves the surrounding residential and commercial community, offering a mix of retail, dining, lifestyle, and essential services. Its strategic location and established customer base make it one of the key recurring income assets within OSK Property's investment portfolio.

We are looking for concierge to join our organisation and this role will be responsible to communicate with customers in the information counter of the shopping mall.

Your responsibilities will be :

To communicate with the customers and to ensure the concierge/ information counter in good presentable order at all times.

To gather and provide all the information to customers such as travel routes, transportation availability, etc.

To communicate with and provide assistance to tenants when required by centre management.

To provide administrative and physical support to marcom / centre management during advertising, promotions and branding activities and stage events.

To provide administrative support and marcom / centre management in other activities where required.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

To be eligible for this role:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field / relevant field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
