Job summary

Sunway Retail Malaysia is seeking a frontline concierge/guest services professional to maintain high standards of customer care and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will handle daily concierge operations, address and close customer complaints, and communicate public announcements while safeguarding personal data and adhering to PDPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Responsible for delivery of customer care efforts in line with company policies.
