Job summary
Coliseum Fitness Club in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly, customer-focused front desk member services representative to welcome members and guests.
You will handle membership enquiries, bookings, payments and renewals, manage multi-channel inquiries, and support daily operations and basic admin while coordinating with trainers and management.
Experience in fitness, gym, customer service or sales is a plus; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Responsible, organised and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fitness/gym, customer service or sales experience is a plus.
