Role Description The Service Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, responsible for providing an excellent member experience from first contact through ongoing engagement. This role involves greeting and assisting members, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming, supportive environment aligned with Believe Fitness values. The Service Consultant will handle membership consultations, recommend suitable programs or services, and follow up with members to support their goals and satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing front-desk operations, coordinating with trainers and other staff, addressing issues or feedback, and maintaining accurate records and reports related to member services. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of service processes and supports promotional activities, events, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a member-focused mindset and ability to build positive, long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Consulting skills to conduct effective consultations, explain services clearly, and support members in choosing suitable fitness solutions.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret member feedback, monitor service performance, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with basic office software and member management systems is an advantage.
