Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and ensure incoming goods are stored and labelled correctly.
• Verify orders, items, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Monitor unloading activities and coordinate workers.
• Maintain accurate raw material stock in system and physical inventory.
• Update e-Builder and Google links daily before end of day.
• Input Raw Material Request Forms into the system and manage returns of pallets and bins.
• Monitor wastage and allocate to correct bins daily before 2:00 PM.

Job description

Receive, inspect, and ensure all incoming goods are properly stored, labelled, and organized.

Verify orders, received items, inventory records, and deliveries to ensure accuracy.

Monitor the receiving and unloading activities of goods from lorries and containers.

Coordinate and assign workers to ensure all incoming goods are stored at the designated locations.

Maintain accurate raw material stock levels by ensuring consistency between the system records and physical inventory.

Update the e-Builder system and Google link on a daily basis before the end of the working day.

Prepare and update the weekly raw material balance, including grease paper and paper cup inventory.

Key in Raw Material Request Forms (MRF) into the e-Builder system.

Manage the return of pallets, cartons, and bins to vendors or Loscam.

Monitor production wastage and ensure all wastage is properly allocated to the designated location and disposed of in the appropriate bins daily before 2:00 PM.

Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field.

Experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution role will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
