Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to obtain Typhoid vaccination.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients including vegetables, meats, sauces, and other kitchen essentials.
• Ensure every order is prepared accurately, consistently, and efficiently.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Cook and prepare food to high quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
