Job summary

Family Confectionery Sdn Bhd – Ipoh, Perak is seeking a kitchen cook to prepare ingredients and cook menu items to our quality standards. The role requires maintaining hygiene, managing stock, and collaborating with front-of-house staff for smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of food hygiene, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, including the requirement for Typhoid vaccination before start.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
