Job summary

Kanbe Ramen in Kuala Lumpur is hiring friendly, responsible, and hardworking Service Crew members to join our Japanese ramen restaurant team. This role is non-halal and based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with menu inquiries while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to SOPs in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; EPF & SOCSO for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and follow SOPs
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly manner
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages
• Assist customers with menu enquiries
• Keep tables and dining areas clean
• Clear and reset tables
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
