Soulyard Cafe in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a reliable Kitchen Crew to join our busy kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food prep, mise en place, and service run smoothly on daily shifts.

Qualifications

• Good attitude, teamwork, willingness to learn and genuine interest in food and the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place according to kitchen requirements.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces and other components according to recipes and SOPs.
• Assist with cooking and food preparation at assigned kitchen stations.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes and food presentation standards consistently.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to Soulyard's quality standards.
• Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
• Keep workstations clean, organised and properly stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene and food safety procedures at all times.
