You will contribute to trials, product optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes teamwork, robust reporting, and the ability to present findings in meetings. Fresh graduates welcome, with semiconductor exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related engineering/chemical field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; junior engineers with semiconductor experience a plus.
• Able to work in a team and effectively communicate.
• Able to participate in meetings and presentations for internal/external parties.
• Strong reporting, stress management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to understand requirements and gather market information.
• Develop or finetune products to meet customer needs.
• Prepare samples for customer evaluation.
• Provide technical advice and collaborate with customers to resolve issues.
• Initiate trial runs for mass production of new products.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Team for smooth product launches.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices for efficient workplace.
