Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a professional to execute the customer quotation process end-to-end, contributing to sales turnover and ensuring accurate, timely responses to inquiries.

You will handle incoming requests, collect and validate customer information, work with BOMs and drawings, prepare comprehensive quotations for wear parts, coordinate delivery and payments, and assist with warranty claims with regional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries and creating quotations.
• Ability to work with BOMs and technical drawings.
• Excellent coordination with multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Execute the customer quotation process end-to-end in contributing to sales turnover.
• Handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of issues.
• Collect and validate all relevant customer information to accurately identify and fulfill their requirements.
• Build Level 1 competency in spare parts identification for assigned BUs, supported by 2nd-level Technical Advisors and BA/BU (Global/Region) teams during the quotation process.
• Process technical and commercial inquiries.
• Prepare comprehensive quotations for spare and wear parts, covering both commercial and technical aspects.
• Work with BOMs (Bill of Material / Part List), customer project documents, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate delivery, invoice and payments.
• Assist with customer complaints and warranty claims as needed, in close collaboration with the regional Quality partner.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to support customer technical and commercial inquiries.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
