Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quotation Analyst to prepare and review quotations based on customer requirements and drawings, analyze product specifications, materials, and production needs, and calculate total costs including tooling and processing.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production and Purchasing, track quotation status, revise pricing for changes, maintain records, and support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quotation, costing or engineering-related work is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost calculation.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
