Job summary

Miki Travel is seeking a capable travel coordinator to support sales teams in China and Southeast Asia. The role involves researching travel details, preparing competitive quotations, and addressing client needs with prompt, professional service.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in tourism or related fields, has 1–2 years in travel or hospitality, and demonstrates strong English skills, communication, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality preferred.
• Essential proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Short-notice or immediate availability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research travel/tour details (hotels, meals, guides, other services) based on sales information.
• Prepare competitive tour quotations for sales teams in China and Southeast Asia.
• Communicate with and support sales teams in China and Southeast Asia to understand client needs.
• Manage inquiries from sales regarding travel arrangements and tour policies.
• Serve as focal point of contact for sales inquiries, ensuring courteous and efficient service.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
