Job summary

Esplanad Holiday Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a sales-oriented individual in Kuala Lumpur to handle walk-in and online enquiries, recommend travel packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.

The role requires Mandarin and English communication, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to participate in travel fairs and events. Fresh graduates and those with travel or hospitality sales experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Candidates with sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Willing to work during travel fairs, roadshows and company events when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, Messenger and online customer enquiries professionally.
• Recommend suitable travel packages based on customers' travel preferences and budget.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare, bookings, invoices and other related sales documentation.
• Participate in travel fairs, roadshows and promotional events to promote and sell travel packages.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
