Jora Malaysia is seeking a Travel Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to manage hotel bookings, negotiate rates, and confirm reservations for client itineraries. You will arrange restaurant bookings, purchase attraction or event tickets in advance, and coordinate tour guides while liaising with hotels, suppliers and operators to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Handle hotel reservations, including negotiating rates and confirming bookings.
Arrange restaurant bookings according to itinerary requirements and client preferences.
Purchase and manage attraction or event tickets in advance to ensure availability.
Coordinate and assign tour guides for group and individual bookings.
Liaise with suppliers, hotels, restaurants and tour operators to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and service confirmations.
Assist in preparing itineraries and ensuring all arrangements meet client expectations.
Provide timely updates and reports to the management team.
To work on any ad hoc task/duties assigned by HOD
Candidates must be at least SPM/STPM/Diploma and above
Fresh Graduates/Entry Levels are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess a high level of integrity and work ethics in handling confidential matters.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and equivalent tools.
Experience in travel, hospitality or event coordination is an advantage.
