Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage all pre-contract and post-contract activities, prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions, and review contractual documents. You will evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, monitor costs, and support tendering efforts from a commercial perspective.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, 3+ years in construction/engineering sectors, and proficiency in MS Office and QS software.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in tendering, cost estimation, budgeting and procurement.

Proven experience in handling variation orders, claims, EOT applications and final accounts.

Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software.
