KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions for precast concrete projects in Malaysia.

You will review drawings and contract documents to verify quantities, monitor costs, and prepare progress claims, variations, and final accounts while coordinating with project, production, engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams. Strong math, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in precast concrete or construction.
• Able to read and interpret engineering, structural, and precast shop drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the precast concrete or construction industry.

Able to read and interpret engineering, structural, and precast shop drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
