Job summary

Cantilever Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure and building projects. You will assist in quantity take-offs, tender analysis, and cost estimation as part of the QS team.

The role involves preparing progress claims and variation orders for Sub-Contractors and clients, as well as Sub-Con price analysis and tender preparation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of infrastructure and building project experience as QS.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel experience advantageous.
• Experience in take-off quantities for infrastructure and building.

Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures.

Prepare and process progress claims and variation order for both of sub-con and client.

Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.

Should be conversant with MS Office, particularly easy well versed in working with Excel spreadsheets in added advantage.

Experience in taking off quantities for infrastructure and building added advantage.

Undertake andcarry outworks with responsibilities and eye for details.

Good planning skill and willing to learn and take up challenges.

Preferably candidates specialising in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is required for this position.
