Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
• Good knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract administration
• Ability to prepare BOQs, tender documents, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings and precast detailed/shop drawings
• Good negotiation and communication skills when dealing with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
