Job summary

NEXON ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare take-offs, cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects in Malaysia. You will review subcontractor quotations, manage budgets, variations and payment claims, and ensure accurate cost reporting.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with experience in construction, engineering, or M&E projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is expected.

• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Good analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
