Job summary

Modular Group Sabah Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost, contractual and commercial matters from tender through to completion. You will prepare take-offs, cost estimates and Bills of Quantities, assist in tender evaluation and verify progress and subcontractor claims.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong numerical skills and working knowledge of contracts. Site visits and travel may be required, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of measurement, costing, tendering and contract administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
