GEOEARTH TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage design estimates, construction drawing budgets, tender and bidding documents, and quantity take-offs for diverse projects.

You will oversee budget reviews and progress payments, and support project decisions with robust cost data. Responsibilities include preparing and archiving commercial bids and maintaining cost-estimating databases, with strong CAD/Glodon proficiency and thorough knowledge

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in budgeting and commercial bid preparation.
Experience in construction tendering, rate pricing and project commercial management.
Proficiency in CAD, Glodon and cost-estimating software; familiarity with Malaysian market pricing.

Responsibilities

Prepare design estimates, construction drawing budgets, tender and bidding documents, and quantity take-offs.
Prepare and archive commercial bids, qualification/credit bids, and maintain commercial databases.
Oversee budget reviews for awarded projects, negotiate and sign main contracts and subcontractor/supplier agreements, manage progress payments, and settlements.
Handle final account (completion) settlements and ensure timely financial close.
Support cost analysis and commercial risk control, providing data for project decisions.
