Requirements include a Degree in Quantity Surveying and at least five years of QS experience in construction, with strong Excel and costing software skills. Work on diverse projects with an MNC environment and global engineering expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least five years of QS experience in the construction industry.
• Strong in cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, claims and variation orders.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities and quantity take-offs.
• Support tenders and obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers.
• Appoint contractors and prepare Letters of Award and Work Orders.
• Handle site valuations, progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, extensions of time and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and keep cost records and databases up to date.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers on claims and contract matters.
• Report contract and cost issues to your superior and coordinate weekly progress meetings.
