The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, with strong Excel skills and basic AutoCAD knowledge to interpret drawings.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for BQ preparation and cost tracking.
Basic to intermediate AutoCAD knowledge to interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitiveness.
Track project costs against approved budgets and flag variances to the Project Manager.
Prepare progress claim schedules and support the invoicing and payment process.
Maintain organised records of drawings, BOQ revisions, variation orders, and subcontractor agreements.
Support contract administration - letters of award, variation orders, and final accounts.
