LNL Integrated Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support the cost management and contract administration of our construction projects in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role will be responsible for monitoring project costs, supporting tender activities, and ensuring that commercial matters are managed accurately from project commencement through completion.
Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
Review quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier proposals.
Monitor project budgets, commitments, variations, progress claims, payments, and cost reports.
Assist with contract administration, commercial negotiations, site meetings, and final account preparation.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, claims, variations, and supporting documents.
Identify cost risks and provide practical recommendations to support cost control and successful project delivery.
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction commercial functions; suitable experience level to be confirmed by the client.
Understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, variation evaluation, progress claims, and final accounts.
Strong analytical, numerical, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with relevant estimating, measurement, or CAD software is an advantage where applicable.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with project and site teams.
