Job summary

Creationz Alliance Group in Malaysia seeks a Quantity Surveyor with interior design experience to manage quotations, pricing, BQ preparation and commercial coordination with clients and consultants.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, disciplined attitude; English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and the position is based on site in Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Initiate/lead quotation requests.
• Negotiation of price with supplier.
• Prepare the BQ and pricing.
• Measurement (back up).
• Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part.
• Attend project meeting.
• Site work evaluation.
• CO/VO/LOC preparation.
• Progress payment to client.
• Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.
• Final Account with client.
• Final Post show.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Comply to department SOP and company Integrated Management System (ISO9001 / ISO37001 / ISO45001 / ISO14001 / ISO14001).
