Job summary

Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to handle take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and budgeting for new projects in Malaysia. The role involves sourcing quotations from subcontractors, preparing monthly progress claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payment certificates.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The incumbent should be able to work independently and under pressure while contributing to project tendering and execution activities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on tender drawings.
• Source, request, and compile quotations from subcontractors.
• Prepare labour and material budgets for new projects.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and final accounts for projects.
• Prepare and process subcontractors’ payment certificates.
• Estimate and prepare quotations for variation orders (VOs).
• Carry out any other contract-related duties assigned by superiors.
