Job summary

LCG dynamic Group Sdn Bhd, based in Taman Johor Jaya, Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and ensure projects remain on budget. This full-time role offers development opportunities and a chance to contribute to our growing construction practice.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, have at least 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying, and are proficient with construction software and cost-management processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using construction-specific software and digital tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities
• Understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes and project management
