LCH Quantity Surveying is seeking Quantity Surveyors based in Malaysia to support tendering, valuations and contract administration across varied projects. The role offers a 5-day work week and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative team.

Role Description

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Tender Preparation, Valuation of VOs, Progress Payments, Final Accounts, Attend Consultant and Project Meetings, Prepare Cashflow/Financial Statements, and other relevant Contract Administration Works.
