Job summary

AF PROFILE SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Malaysia. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and budgets for diverse construction projects and assist in tender evaluations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and 1–3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills, knowledge of PAM/JKR/CIDB forms, and the ability to travel to site and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Familiar with PAM, JKR, CIDB forms.
• Proficient in Excel and measurement software; capable documentation.
• Able to travel to project sites and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and project budgets.
