Job summary

Pristine Glory Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, budgeting, and cost control for poultry project ventures. The role requires coordinating with site teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions.

You will prepare tender documents, track design changes, and manage budget projections. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and tendering.
• Proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing to travel to sites as needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and any other documentations.
• To keep tracks of design changes and adjust budget projection accordingly.
• Obtain quotations and prices from contractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best price.
• Ensure items, rates and prices quoted in tender are accurate and correct.
• Measurement and taking off for project tender.
• Coordinate with project team in administering VO, EOT, tender, interim claims, and settlements at final accounts.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a degree in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.

2. At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the developer / construction is required for this position.

3. Well versed on up to date material costing.

4. Willing to travel to site when required.

5. Good command in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD.

6. Able to meet dateline, work under pressure and work independently.
