Job summary

Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia, is seeking a Drafter to interpret engineering designs and convert them into precise 2D/3D drawings. You will use AutoCAD or SolidWorks to model components, collaborate with engineers, and support project teams with technical documentation.

The role requires a degree/diploma in engineering or drafting, 2–3 years of hands-on drafting experience, and strong attention to detail to ensure drawings meet standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Drafting, Civil or related field
• 2-3 years hands-on experience as a Drafter
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, materials and construction methods
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings

Job description

Interpret engineering designs, drawings and specifications to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and documentation.

Utilise computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, diagrams and schematics

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

Ensure all drawings and documentation adhere to industry standards, regulations and best practices

Assist in the preparation of project reports, proposals and presentations.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of drafting procedures.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Drafting, Civil or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Drafter, preferably in the Civil industry

Proficient in the use of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools

Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, materials and construction methods
