Job summary

Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd in Pusing, Perak is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for our warehousing and distribution facility. This full-time role oversees day-to-day store operations, staff, and inventory systems to ensure efficient, accurate handling of goods while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will lead staff, optimize stock control, and coordinate with logistics to meet delivery schedules, all within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a warehouse, storage or distribution environment.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd in Pusing, Perak. This is a full‑time position that plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facility. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day store operations, managing staff, and ensuring that inventory management systems run smoothly. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that our clients depend on and contributes directly to the success of our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehousing management systems

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the warehouse facility

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify operational improvements and cost‑saving opportunities

Manage warehouse equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation

Liaise with logistics and transport teams to coordinate timely delivery schedules

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock movements, and operational metrics

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to storage or distribution

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse, storage, or distribution environment

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in warehousing or logistics

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations

Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Physical capability to perform warehouse duties when required

Relevant certifications such as a Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management are advantageous
