Job summary

Greenhill & Mason Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to prepare detailed BoQs and cost estimates from drawings and specs.

The role involves sourcing quotations, tracking costs, and supporting invoicing and contract administration on interior fit-out or design-build projects. The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, with strong Excel skills and basic AutoCAD knowledge to interpret drawings.

• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD knowledge to interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitiveness.
• Track project costs against approved budgets and flag variances to the Project Manager.
• Prepare progress claim schedules and support the invoicing and payment process.
• Maintain organised records of drawings, BOQ revisions, variation orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Support contract administration - letters of award, variation orders, and final accounts.
