Job summary

Beautylite Interiors Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, cost estimation, and final accounts for interior renovation projects in Kuala Lumpur.

The role focuses on preparing Bills of Quantities, progress claims, and cost comparisons, with emphasis on liaising with consultants and subcontractors and maintaining rigorous project costing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• 3-5 years working experience preferably in interior renovation works.
• Able to prepare Bills of Quantity.
• Able to prepare progress claims and post-contract works.
• Must be self-motivated and have proactive approach.
• Able to liaise with consultant QS and subcontractors.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
