Job summary

Talent Trader Group seeks a Quality Systems Engineer/Manager to oversee AQE, SQE, PQE, CQE, QC, and LAB functions and drive quality-system audits. You will coach the team, lead meetings, and coordinate with departments and customers to improve performance.

The role requires implementing OKRs/KPIs with the QA Manager and guiding RCA/CA/PA and 8D reporting to prevent recurrence and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Motor Design, or a related field.
• Completed training in quality management, production safety, motor design, or enterprise management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, 8D, BIQ-S, AIAG Core Tools (6 Tools)
