Job summary

Talent Trader Group seeks a Quality Systems Engineer/Manager to oversee AQE, SQE, PQE, CQE, QC, and LAB functions and drive quality-system audits. You will coach the team, lead meetings, and coordinate with departments and customers to improve performance.

The role requires implementing OKRs/KPIs with the QA Manager and guiding RCA/CA/PA and 8D reporting to prevent recurrence and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Motor Design, or a related field.
Completed training in quality management, production safety, motor design, or enterprise management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, 8D, BIQ-S, AIAG Core Tools (6 Tools)

Responsibilities

Oversee AQE, SQE, PQE, CQE, QC, and LAB functions, and manage quality system audits.
Manage day-to-day quality activities, lead required meetings, and coach team members.
Work closely with the QA Manager to implement, monitor, and track OKRs and KPIs.
Provide strong support and leadership in coordinating with internal departments and customers.
Address quality issues and coach the team in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action (CA), Preventive Action (PA), and 8D problem-solving reports.
